These 3 steps will keep you fit
If you have a desk job and you are sitting for 8 to 10 hours in a day either at home or at office then you need to take extra precaution to stay healthy and fit or else diseases and pains will be part of your life in coming years.
Following 3 steps, if followed, will help you to stay fit
Step 1 - Brisk Walk
A very simple exercise is a brisk walk either in the morning or evening and if can manage to do at both times then there is whole lot to be gained from it. Just try for 4 weeks by walking 30 minutes morning and evening and share your experience.
If you are a beginner then start with slow walk and then move to brisk (fast) walk. You can start with 15 to 20 minutes and move towards 40 to 60 minutes. Some people like me, whose life has changed by walking, go for long walk in woods, countryside and seashore without seeing the watch and believe me the experience is remarkable.
It is important to watch how many steps you have walked and how many miles you have walked for your records and also you can increase your targets. It’s challenging and fun to watch how your stamina builds up and you achieve new targets day after day which keeps you fit and healthy automatically.
You can make use of fitness tracker like pedometer to see your walking speed, calories burnt, miles covered, heart beat etc.
When I started walking 10 years back at that time there was no motivation for me so I use to motive myself by sneaking in various walking dress codes like white T-sheet, track suit, walking shoes, water bottle, MP3 player etc. If you are interested then you can look for Amazon online store to pick these items

If you have sitting job then you must know what researchers and doctors are saying about it. Because sitting long hours without breaks is unhealthy.
Step 2 - One warm drink in morning and night
I have read in one of the ancient Ayurveda book that “if you don’t find time now to walk then later on diseases will find you“. Believe me it’s very true and I am the live example of it. 
In addition to morning and evening walks I also followed one Ayurvedic drink which cleaned my internal system and rejuvenated me all together and made me light. It also helped me to reduce weight in just 4 weeks but I also had through control on food intake, like I totally stopped eating white rice, white potato and white sugar.

Step 3 - Avoid 3 food items

Avoid food items which consist of below 3 ingredients
1.White Flour and Rice
2. Potato
Refined white flour in white pasta and white rice may cause a spike in blood sugar levels.

Prefer wholemeal flour instead as they are good for digestion and will keep you fuller for a longer time.
Any form of potato can cause your body's insulin level to rise. Avoid all forms of potatoes.
3. Sugar
Avoid refined or table sugar till you reduce your weight or your high BMI comes down.
Instead use zero calorie sweeteners or use honey wherever possible.
