Sitting calculator will not calculate your longest sittting hours So if your sitting time is for 2 hours or more without breaks then your risk need to be elevated to one post higher.
For example :- If sitting calculator shows you at low risk and if you are sitting for 2 hours without breaks then your risk is Medium and if sitting calculator shows you at medium risk and you are sitting for 2 hours or more then your risk is Higher.

Glucose and insulin levels are adversely impacted due to uninterrupted sitting; persistent increases in glucose and insulin levels can increase risk for diabetes. Prolonged uninterrupted sitting is also associated with other conditions, such as deep-vein thrombosis
